Collide is a red wine blend made from a collision of varietals rarely seen together; 40% Petite Sirah, 35% Tempranillo, 20% Graciano and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. The result is an inky black wine with dark brooding aromas of roasted meats, crushed rock, blackberries, tea, and licorice. Deliciously concentrated with full rich flavors, the tannins are amazingly present but supple. Fruit and tannin are beautifully interwoven, complimenting a long fruit forward finish. Drink the 2009 Collide over the next 15 years.
