Acha Blanca is made from 100% Albariño grapes. These grapes were whole-cluster pressed and fermented in concrete eggs. The end result is an Albariño that is varietally expressive, crisp and delightful. With aromas of lychee, creamy minerals, wet rocks, and hints of fresh flowers, baked apple, and passion fruit, this wine is at once rich and delicate. The mouth is tropical, minerally, where fruit and acid are synchronized wonderfully to a crispy, zesty finish.
