Mark found his curiosity for wine through his love for food and cooking during his teenage years. Growing up in an international household with Panamanian and Spanish roots, the table was always alive with flavor! Initially he planned to study culinary arts in Paris. This passion for cooking continues and eating at Mark’s table is like taking a tour of the world and back again.
