Dear Friends of Mark Herold Wines,

As you are all aware, it has been an unusually overwhelming week here in wine country! Watching a natural disaster unfold before your eyes and the way that it affects your family, friends and community gives one a reality check. I’ve called Napa home for too many years to remember and the qualities that drew me here shined during this last week of chaos—fortitude, diligence, compassion, resolution, and generosity only scratch the surface. This is what keeps Napa and Sonoma moving upward and onward. And, of course, we have so many volunteer responders who we owe an enormous debt of gratitude—thank you all!

I am happy to report that the Mark Herold Wines team is safe and getting back to a somewhat normal rhythm. My production team is diligently at work in the cellar and both of our tasting rooms are open and welcoming guests. We invite you to visit and help us all get back to what we do best! In our efforts to raise funds for fire victims, we will be donating 20% of our sales online or in the tasting rooms through November 15th to the RCU North Bay Relief Fund where every penny goes directly to those in need.
